Individual Art Therapy Sessions for Your Emotional Independence
This July, as fireworks light up the sky for Independence Day, we’re offering something quieter—but just as powerful: the chance to rediscover your own inner freedom through creative expression.
At Kindred Art Therapy, we invite you to pause, breathe, and explore your story through one-on-one art therapy sessions designed to help you reconnect with your emotional needs—without the pressure to do it all alone.

Celebrate Personal Independence—Gently
In a world that rewards self-sufficiency, many of us learn to wear hyper-independence like armor.
But what if that independence is really a response to pain?
Together, we’ll explore:
-
What true independence means for you
-
How hyper-independence may be rooted in trauma
-
Creative ways to express your needs, boundaries, and emotions
-
How to safely practice vulnerability and ask for support
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about making space to feel—with kindness, curiosity, and color.
